Context

We have worked with Dawid Podsiadło's team for over six years. It started with digital products: an online store built for merchandise drops and a dedicated app for the stadium concerts. Over time the work widened to the roster of MUZK, his management and concert agency. We do not design the tour key visuals; we take the approved ones and carry them through every city, format, screen and print run, and stay on call while a tour is on sale. We also design the decks the management takes to sponsors.

An e-commerce platform built for drops: a simple catalogue and a short path to checkout, designed so the layout stays usable when a drop brings a wave of visitors.

The problem

Two different problems. A merchandise drop or a stadium announcement sends a wave of fans to the store within minutes, and a store that is hard to use at that moment loses the sale. A tour on sale produces a steady stream of small, urgent requests: a new date, a sold-out state, a partner's banner size, a screen with an odd aspect ratio. Each one has to look exactly like the approved key visual and be ready the same day.

What we took responsibility for

Two different jobs. For the store, the concert app and the partnership decks we own the design. For the tours we do not design the key visuals: they come approved from the artists' art directors, and we own their rollout, every city, format, screen and print file, plus ongoing support while a tour is on sale.

The work

02

Store checkout, merchandise and concert print

Print assets for concerts: wristbands, lanyards, signage
Store checkout and product views
Checkout screens next to a physical release
The rest of the store in the same visual language: product pages with size tables, the payment and delivery step, the order summary and the physical release. Next to it, what a fan gets at the venue: wristbands, lanyards and signage.
03

The stadium app: everything a fan needs on the day

Our design · built in Framer · 2024 stadium tour
A mobile web app for the concert day: the schedule for the day, the stadium map with sectors and entrances, and the list of prohibited items, in the green of the tour.

The concert app in use

A dedicated app for the stadium dates: practical information before the show and an interactive layer during it.
"

A store that is hard to use during a drop loses the sale. It has to work the first time.

Outcome

Ten stadium and arena concerts with more than 300,000 tickets sold: that is the scale of the events our work supported, not a result we claim. Around the tours: more than 550 rollout files across four tours, work for six artists and shows, four sponsorship decks, and posters and print for every city. The artist's team plans the next tour knowing the production side is covered.

Reflection

Most of this work is invisible when it is done well. Nobody praises a banner for having the right date. Trust comes from six years of files that were correct and on time.

They don't just execute tasks; they think along with us and bring solutions that drive real value.
