Archicom is one of Poland's largest residential developers and runs several Wrocław investments at the same time. Each one needs its own voice and all of them have to read as Archicom. We carry that across the whole sales path: a building mesh and boards on the street, a tram and buses in traffic, a 57-page folder and an A3 presenter in the sales office, a landing page, films and performance banners online.
Investment pages on Archicom's site
A rebuilt investment page for a premium tower in Wrocław: the apartments, architecture and interiors split into separate sections, a new location tab and a film, designed on Archicom's template for desktop and mobile.
The problem
Bulwar Północny, Przystań Reymonta and River Point have different buyers, locations and architecture, and each already had its own visual language. The marketing team briefs per task, often with days rather than weeks: a mesh by Wednesday 9:00, print by Thursday 10:00, buses by Tuesday noon. Every carrier comes with its own technical drawing, scale and printer's specification, and a mistake there costs a reprint, not a revision.
What we took responsibility for
The full pipeline from concept to delivered assets for each investment: design files and the production support that takes an approved layout to a printed billboard, an animated ad and a social set.
Capabilities at work
- Strategy & Design
- A two-layer brand system: Archicom corporate identity as the foundation, an investment micro-brand as the expression layer.
- Creative delivery
- Modular templates per channel across print, outdoor, digital and animation; a content library the marketing team pulls from for ongoing campaigns.
Decisions
One layout logic per investment, built once and then adapted: the same headline block, contact line and logo lock-up move from a 5 by 3.5 metre board to a bus back to a 300-pixel banner. For vehicles we design to the carrier's drawing first, around windows, doors and joints, and only then place the message. For the presenter we rebuilt the architect's floor cards into one legend instead of pasting thirteen different drawings.
How we delivered
Requests come through one board shared with the marketing team; each card gets a price, a deadline and a status. We deliver production files, not mock-ups: CMYK at 1:10 scale for large format, separate files per vehicle surface, print-ready PDFs for the folder and presenter, and sized exports for every digital slot.
The work
The sales folder: 57 pages, square format

Sales presenters and leaflets

Outdoor campaign: one layout system, every carrier

On the move: a full tram wrap and four bus backs

Campaign films and performance video
Performance banners: one key visual, every slot

Two investments, two languages, one signature

"Every investment launches once. The system is there so that launch is routine, not a rescue.
Outcome
In one season: a building mesh, a corporate billboard and three directional boards; a full tram wrap and four bus backs with two surfaces each; 100 pages of sales print across a square folder, an A4 edition and an A3 presenter; a landing page design; a 45-second film cut to six formats and a banner set in twelve sizes. The work has grown from single tasks to three people briefing three investments in parallel.
Reflection
In residential sales a campaign carries real weight: apartments worth millions wait for buyers to notice them. With three investments running at once, a shared layout logic is the only way a small marketing team can keep every carrier correct without working nights.
Consistent quality across every investment we launch. Communication is precise, deadlines hold - exactly what real estate campaigns need.
