Full offer

Four capabilities, one accountable team. Take a single service, or the whole path from direction to shipped work.

01 · Strategy & Design

We set the direction and the system, then design what carries it.

01.01

Process diagnostic (5 days)

Where work gets stuck: brief, approvals, files or the queue. A report with root causes and a 60-day plan, in five working days.

The starting point when the scope of the problem is not clear yet. If you already know what you need, go straight to a project or ongoing work.

How the diagnostic works
01.02

Brand and portfolio architecture

Master brand, sub-brands, services and locations in one logic of names and relations. It is clear what gets its own mark and what is a variant.

With many locations this decision comes back in every material: what gets its own mark and what is a variant.

01.03

Brand system and identity

Visual rules, typography, colour, templates and components your team works from without us.

The team applies the brand without asking for sign-off at every step, and a new agency starts from the same files.

What you get: full list
01.04

Concept and art direction

The campaign idea, the message line, the name and copy, the visual direction: what the production team then executes in hundreds of formats.

One concept written down before the first format exists, so every later brief has something to check against.

02 · Digital products

We design and build sites, tools and products, and keep developing them.

02.01

Product design and development

Research, flows and screens, then the build: a clickable prototype, a component system and a working app you can sell.

Developers build from one source of truth, not from loose mockups. We run our own products on the same track.

02.02

Websites and landing pages

Design and build of the site, checked before it goes live: structure, UX, UI, build, SEO baseline and handoff.

Your team edits content and adds pages without calling us.

What you get: full list
02.03

Dashboards and internal tools

An admin panel, a tools hub, an asset generator or a configurator built for one team and one job, instead of a spreadsheet and files assembled by hand.

The team edits, counts or assembles on its own, with the rules built into the tool, so the same work stops coming back to us as a request.

02.04

CMS and content

A panel where the team edits content itself, with change history and a preview before publishing.

Content in one source, a draft-to-publish gate, no developer needed to change a paragraph.

02.05

Performance and SEO / AEO

Load speed, structured data and visibility in search and in AI answers.

Measured with Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals before and after, not by eye.

03 · Creative delivery

We produce and roll out the materials, in a steady rhythm, and leave behind the system that keeps it running.

03.01

Key visual and campaigns

One campaign concept and a full set of formats for every channel and location: key visual, modular templates, social and performance variants.

One campaign, every channel, without redoing the work at each new wave.

What you get: full list
03.02

Retail, POS & OOH

Posters, window displays, stands and outdoor formats prepared for print, in time for the opening.

CMYK files sized for the specific printer and location, so the opening does not wait for corrections.

03.03

Digital and social

Ad formats, posts and short video in one visual language, delivered weekly or monthly.

Channels stay active without loading the team: a content plan, production and QA before every publish cycle.

What you get: full list
03.04

Presentations and decks

Sales, investor and internal presentations, editable by your team in Figma.

A template with components instead of a file from scratch: the team changes the content, the layout holds.

03.05

Video, spots and AI imagery

15–30 second spots, explainers, animation and imagery generated to your visual language; wherever AI is used, it is marked.

Motion built on the same rules as the rest: loops, 15 and 30 second formats, UI animation, with a person choosing the frame and signing it off.

03.06

Annual plan and production budget

Openings, campaigns and seasons turned into a list of materials, deadlines and budget. Production knows in advance what is coming and when.

Materials for an opening stop being made in the week of the opening.

03.07

Operating system

A brief format, one request queue with priorities and deadlines, an approval path and one place showing status.

A request enters through one door, passes the same gates and leaves in the agreed rhythm, whoever raised it.

04 · AI elevation

AI is built into everything we deliver. Here it is the deliverable: automation for your production, and tools for your people.

04.01

AI and production automation

For your production process: repeatable materials generated from one source, AI between approval gates; forms and generators wired to Trello, Figma and Dropbox.

A person decides, the machine assembles. Versions for a hundred locations come from one file, and manual rework leaves the queue.

04.02

AI assistants and agents

For your people and your customers: a brief assistant, a site chatbot or an agent that assembles materials to your rules, with a person at the approval step.

AI gets your standards as the source, not as a suggestion. Exceptions go to a person, the rest runs on its own.

04.03

Cadence - AI content engine

A library of shots instead of a shoot day. Frames are produced and reviewed, then the engine assembles the film: order from rules, three formats, as many versions as you want to test. The library stays and works on the next rollout.

Once the brand library is built, one version assembles in 33 seconds and a full set of formats and variants in three minutes. No shoot days, no casting, no post rounds - what stays is the decision on what goes in and the review of what came out.

04.04

Brand Centre for Teams & AI

One address that holds the rules, the templates, the current files and who decides what - instead of a PDF nobody opens and a Drive nobody trusts.

A new agency, a new hire or an AI agent starts from the same source. Built to be read by machines as well as people, so production can be plugged in later.

Who does the work

A small senior team.
By design.

r352 is a small design and digital company built to take on complex work end to end. We combine strategy, design, technology and creative delivery, and use AI and systems to increase what a small, senior team can do.

One person is accountable for the outcome, with no layers of hand-offs. Our presence drops with every stage, because we leave behind a system your team runs on its own.

How we can startA Diagnostic, a Project or ongoing work
05 · FAQ

Before you
commit.

The five questions buyers ask before choosing a model - differences, commitment, start speed, pricing, and what you keep when it ends.

There are three ways to start. A Diagnostic (5 working days) finds where the problem is. A Project (4-6 weeks, fixed scope) delivers one defined result. Ongoing work (30-day notice) covers regular production and development. Two of them have an extended variant for larger organizations: the Enterprise Sprint (12-16 weeks) extends a Project, and the Operating Partner role (12-month minimum) extends Ongoing work. The Diagnostic is optional: for a defined project, a brief and a scoping call are enough.

No. There is no commitment to build - you receive a written report with root causes and a prioritized action plan, and you can run the fixes yourself or engage us for the next phase.

The Diagnostic starts with a 60-minute kickoff, scheduled within 1-2 weeks, and runs 5 working days. A Sprint starts from a scoping call and delivers in 4-6 weeks. Every engagement is scoped upfront, so the timeline is fixed before kickoff, not discovered along the way.

Pricing is set in the scoping call, individually per engagement. Final scope, location count, and implementation depth determine where you land - set before kickoff, not discovered along the way.

A complete deliverable, not a pitch deck. Sprint handoff includes everything your team needs to run the system forward. Enterprise Sprint adds complete system documentation, team training, and a 90-day transition plan. The deliverables are working tools your team uses after we're gone - you buy the system, not the hours.
